Olivier Lambercy is an Adjunct Professor at ETH Zurich's Department of Health Sciences and Technology and Co-Director of the Rehabilitation Engineering Laboratory. With a background in Microengineering, he earned his PhD from NUS in collaboration with SFU, Canada, and Imperial College London, focusing on robot-assisted rehabilitation for stroke patients. Joining ETH Zurich in 2009, he advanced his research on robotic hand rehabilitation and assessment of upper limb function. Olivier also serves on the board of the International Consortium for Rehabilitation Robotics and is a principal investigator at the Singapore-ETH Center's Future Health Technologies program.
